Do we have to buy the equipment?
No. We rent, and we do not sell. That means the machine comes out of your operating budget rather than a capital request, which is often the difference between a fast yes and a six month approval cycle. It also means the equipment stays ours, so maintaining it is our problem.
What does the service actually include?
Preventative maintenance at custom intervals, scheduled automatically rather than when someone remembers. Filter changes, sanitation and repairs are all covered. Because we own the machine, keeping it running is asset protection for us, not an upsell.
How fast do you respond to a service call?
Typically inside 48 hours. We run six to seven technicians who live in the Kansas City area, roughly one for every 500 units in the field. You are not being routed to a call center in another state.
What does the filtration remove?
Five stages: a ten micron sediment filter, a pre carbon filter for chlorine and chloramines, a reverse osmosis membrane that filters to one ten thousandth of a micron and removes roughly 98.5 percent of known contaminants, an optional mineral filter, and a post carbon polish. We put all five in front of drinking water and ice machines alike.
Do you serve my area?
We cover the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line, plus Overland Park, Topeka and St. Joseph. If you are not sure, check your ZIP on the home page or call 833-PURE-ICE and we will tell you straight.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes. We survey the site, install the right unit and let your people use it for seven days. If it is not right at the end of the trial we take it back out. Nothing is signed up front.
What ice types can we get?
Small, medium and large cube, round or hole cube, and three varieties of nugget including the chewable style people ask for by name. Flake is available on request but we do not stock it, since it suits salad bars and fish markets more than offices.
We already have bottled delivery. Is switching a hassle?
Not usually. We need a water line within reach of where the cooler goes and someone to let a technician in. Most installs are done within five business days of the survey, and the bottled cooler goes back to whoever owns it.
What is DropWater?
A touchscreen dispenser about twice the size of a standard cooler that pours cold, still or sparkling water with twelve flavor options and four boosts: electrolytes, caffeine, vitamin and a B vitamin blend aimed at focus. Boosts run independent of flavor, so plain water with electrolytes is a valid order.
Try it for seven days.
We survey the space, install the right unit, and let your team use it for a week before anything is signed.
