One machine, one maintenance visit
Separate ice and water equipment means two service relationships and two things to chase. Combining them means neither.

What it does
A combined nugget ice machine and water purifier, putting chewable ice and filtered water on the same footprint and the same service schedule.
Chewable ice at floor volume
Nugget output sized for a floor rather than a break room, which is unusual. Soft ice is normally a small-machine feature.
Rooms this suits
Floors of 40 to 100
Enough output for steady all-day use where a countertop unit would be emptied and a production machine would be excessive.
Sites consolidating equipment
Where several small machines are being replaced by fewer, better placed ones.
